You actually do owe us a lot as Iran under the late Shah sent you our helicopters to help you fight against India in the 13-day conflict in 1971, besides tons of food and other humanitarian aids. I remember Gaza, I remember 10 million dead in Ukraine, I remember Syria, Iraq, all else and I would any day support for this to stop right here. Continuation of this war will not give anything to anyone from here onwards. From tomorrow this will turn into an ugly war of attrition for no gain for each side.

Iran can leave at a position of power and then diplomatic options can be chosen. There will be no way back tomorrow if this gets out of hand.

Pakistan PM proposal is the dumbest proposal I have ever heard.

“Please Iran give away your leverage for 2 weeks so U.S. and Israel can devise new ways to bomb you further”.

The strait is the only reason the U.S. is negotiating with Iran. Why would Iran open it to give Trump a victory just so he can ask for surrender in two weeks?

Please reconsider in the context of geopolitical interests of the two nations that you are comparing.

India actually does not care one smidge for Iran and would like nothing more than to see Islam finished in Iran and a hostile nation state emerge on Pakistan's western flank.

Pakistan (a) is concerned for Iranian lives, and (b) does NOT want a hostile "atheist" Pahlavist state or even a mishmash of states emerging on our western flank.

You can even ignore the "cares or doesn't care for the Iranian people angle" if you wish and simply acknowledge the cold hard geopolitical realities - Pakistan derives net benefit from the current government in Iran, while India will derive net benefit from pro-Israel lunatics.

Who said anything about supporting the deal that you perceive allows America to regroup, what the heck does America need to regroup for?

Reason they want ceasefire is that the the Zionist airforce is getting worn out after 5-6 weeks of long missions to Iran and back.

Iran is getting some very good hits on the Zionist entity now and depletion of ABMs is why they are begging for ceasefire. They think any frozen conflict now would be a win for Zio-US and Iran will find it very hard to resume the war and it may extend further.

1. The question here is how long is Iran willing to fight without any political or diplomatic victory..the sound of fighting for 10 years sound nice but at what cost and "do you want too" or "if you have too" are very different statements.
2. That's true that Iran closing Strait is causing problems at the moment but sooner or later even Europe will start to align itself fully which they are not currently because of public pressure. You can't keep world hostage for the sake of one country.
3. Even if you play the entire war game you will understand Iran might have advantage for 6 months however EOD US will start to out produce the demand for all theatre's, make no mistake about it.
4. Iran can close down Strait anytime they want too because they don't have to blow up 100 of ships . Just one ship and that would be considered Strait closed... Which can be done anytime...
5. Iran have upper hand morally and world sees Iran as a victim of NETENYAHU and Trump.. If Iran continues to say no to any sort of negotiations, it will be seen as arrogance at some point in future and opinion can shift...
6. Two weeks are good enough for Iran as well to restock and re equip and possibly secure a deal with other powers....
7. Once a campaign stops knowing that it didn't go well, it's very hard to kick start that campaign.. Also gives US domestic politics to kick in to weaken Trump. As long it's a state of conflict Trump holds major power... Ceasefire will take that initiative away this time because it did hurt the world a lot economically...
8. Even Republicans can see this war going wrong and midterms are hanging right above the head... Some of these war mongors/Epstein infected members of the house need to win the midterm to stay out jail... Epstein hammer will strike sooner or later....
