Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

Not going by the number of negative reactions your posts are getting. Are these "silent readers" in the room with you right now?
Negative reactions? In order for me to care about your insults, I must first care about your opinions.

This post makes no sense.

Egypt and Panama charge because their waterways are territorial waters. Iran an Oman can do the same.

Once again, the Strait of Hormuz is not international waters.
it's legally classified as an international strait as per article 37 of UNCLOS.

Zionists are very upset

Seriously if these reports that are coming out what did trump actually even accomplish other than killing a lot of civilians Iran still has the methods and means to go nuclear it might not be tomorrow but nothing is actually destroyed and everything that was destroyed could be rebuilt maybe on a smaller scale for the time being but can be rebuilt they said Iran can enrich uranium how’s that make any sense

I trump says it’s fine so let’s not worry what international agreements say Iran is going to get paid billions of dollars through reparations just through that so says TRUMP

Trump has a strange obsession with oil revenues. He mentioned it several times emphasizing his reluctance to hit Kharg for that reason. China and Russia don't have the technical ability to help Iran recover her oil and gas fields particularly after decades of neglect. Pars gas field that Iran shares with Qatar is a good example. Qatar. Qatar out produces Iran by a factor of 10.

Yes, there is huge opportunity for Trump to recover his image a bit by signing massive deals to build the Pars gas field, LnG facilities (Iran has no LNG carriers), and oil reserves.

Iran is #2 in the world in gas reserves after Russia. And major exploration still left to do.

Iran has historically had a preference for American energy companies. Even under Bush admin Haliburton had Iranian operations. Technical capabilities aside, European, Russian, and Chinese companies signed deals and then dragged their feet due to sanctions or just geopolitical drama.

There is a way for Trump to spin this whole thing as major trade deals via energy, natural gas, Boeing airplanes (iran will need hundreds), rare earth metals, natural resources, etc.

It can be a win-win for all economically. If the willpower is there.

That doesn't make it "international waters" where "freedom of navigation" applies. They are "territorial waters", despite being an "international strait". "Innocent passage" applies, as it does in Suez and Panama. Authorities can charge a toll and stop and search.

We care about international law now?
this isn't something that either the US and Iran can decide bilaterally since nations around the world are impacted. 2m$ a vessel isn't small change and will add to the cost of energy exports from the middle east. That's an additional 2$ per barrel added to the cost of oil that passes through Hormuz.
