I still believe they will send a delegation. Everything happening in this interim period is brinkmanship, as both main belligerents jostle for leverage.

Neither belligerent is in complete control and neither can claim decisive victory. I don't think there ever can be a conclusive outcome, which makes protracted talks all the more inevitable (even if hawks on both sides don't want those talks).

As many have said on this thread, all wars culminate through some sort of conversation.

The one unique element here is that of Tel Aviv, who acts as a silent - but significantly influential (absolutely controlling, some would say) - party to this conflict. If Trump is simply a spokesperson for Tel Aviv, an effective CEO who deliberately avoids talking directly, then these engagements will ultimately be futile.

Its the Arab petrodollar mullahs who spread lies and deception. They called Gaddafi Saddam and Bashar Al Assad Usa agents, confused the sunni Muslims and people slowly closed their eyes to what happened. They are playing the exact game with Iran.

The Israeli press has been talking about how Israel has no real sovereignty after Trump imposed the Lebanon ceasefire on them by using 'PROHIBITED' in his Tweet.

Also, looking at the negotiations, I can't help but think that if it was Pakistan, instead of Iran, then Pakistan would meekly even accept the blockade of the Strait in order to let the Islamabad Talks 2 to happen. Iranians work through their ego and they are working against a uniquely egotistical POTUS--not a good combination. Pakistanis are masters at butt kissing to get whatever they can get--and that's kind of a compliment, which even saner Indian analysts admire. Hahaha!

Iran is not that innocent as your post implies. Everyone has their shares of crimes for sspreading influence.(certainly usa,uk least innocent) .adnan rashid has hatred towards shias but he does know more than many jahils inside pakistan.his arguments against shias are also strong but if hes taking bribe is questionable as he has his reputation as stake.

@RescueRanger, against Pakistan similar propaganda is being done too but at a smaller level, when we are on the radar watch how the propaganda and false narratives will be spread on social media. Alot of Mullahs and anchors get millions of funding from GCC to spread a certain type of propaganda, this propaganda overall aligns with the western foreign policy. For example they will never say they support the Usa, but will character assassinate those who oppose the west or are fighting against the west, in another words they promoting western narrative but in a dirty political way. I spoke to many bearded mullah and their followers, they say 2 evils ie Israel and Iran are fighting and this is how Allah almighty destroys the enemies of Islam, this is the level of dirty games they play, the same way they mentioned about Gaddafi, Saddam and Bashar Al Assad, all 3 nations toppled and weaken, exactly what Usa and Israel wanted. When TTP was bombing Pakistan around 2004 05 06 07 time I witnessed high level propaganda against Pakistan, if you remember Pakistan army leadership had to come on tv to explain what is happening, the army for many years didnt do military operations due to propaganda that army is fighting against mujahdeen TTP, the fake news spreaders thought Pakistan was going to collapse, if you remember the news, they used to say "Taliban is close to Islamabad".

I am not saying Iran is perfect, the same way mighty Saudia Arabia is not innocent, but the current war Iran is fighting against the enemies of Islam whilst some chamchas are spreading propaganda against Iran. These same people will spread propaganda against Turkey and Pakistan if we were in Iranian situation, they do the same against Egypt aswell and claim the 3 wars against Israel were fake.
