Power is not a bank account. The Strait is leverage, not revenue. A few hundred billion in "damage" is just the price of making the enemy bleed a few trillion in volatility and lost control. This isn't that complicated.

Ukraine and Russia are neighbors. They have been fighting for 4 years, while Iran and Israel are 1500+KM apart and war didnt even last 6 weeks. Also Russia is massive in size with lots of air defense gaps while Israel is the size of a postage stamp and very dense air defense saturation with U.S. bases in Turkey and Jordan and Navy ships also protecting Israel.

Iran had got Israel down to very low interceptor stockpile, but then Iran decided to agree to the ceasefire. Or else if attacks would have continued in a war of attrition, Israel would start taking an increasing amount of very hard hits as well.
