I can never understand this man child.

He doesn't even need to counter the claims of a journalist. Now he looks like a complete sucker. Someone please remove the nuclear button from him.

So US unilaterally extended the ceasefire, which means US isn't ready right now to continue fighting. hmm

I had hoped that Iran would fire 1000 missiles at Israel within the first few days to deplete Israeli interceptors.

However, this was far too optimistic, and Iran only fired half this number after a month.

We clearly see the signs of air defence depletion, and that will progressively increase, but it is not yet at a critical stage.

And the daily rate of fire is much too low to impose real costs on Israel.

If we fire 15 missiles at Israel per day, currently:

- 4-5 fail
- 6-7 are intercepted
- 1-2 miss the target by a large margin
- 1-2 miss the target by a small margin
- 1 hits a building and delivers substantial damage

Even if all the missiles currently intercepted get through, it’s not enough to change the course of the war. The missile firing rate must increase substantially. Or we aim everything at ‘soft’ civilian areas in Tel Aviv and aim for ~5 such impacts per day within another month.

I believe Iran is scared of Israel and their craziness and is going pretty easy on them on purpose.

We have enough missiles to fully destroy a small list of targets in Israel, but we don't do that because Israel is a nuclear power and we are not. I have been saying this for years, it doesn't matter what weapons you possess, if the other side has deterrence against you, your weapons are useless.

In case of Iran, we can fire 20-30 missiles at a single target in Israel and render it inoperable for months or years. But we will never do that because the consequences will be too great and we won't be able to reciprocate the consequences.

Massive depletion of US defensive and offensive weapons after one month of war with Iran

Approximate estimates of percentages of U.S. munitions expended in Iran war, per
@CNN:

50% THAAD interceptors

50% Patriot interceptors

45% Precision Strike Missiles

30% Tomahawk missiles

20% Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missiles

20% Standard Missiles (SM-3 and SM-6)

Lol. A CNN using "per experts & 3 people familiar w/ recent internal Pentagon assessments." Riiiiight.

Real Numbers are worse than that.

For example in Israel, David’s Sling interceptor was found in the final days of the war with January 2026 manufacture date. If Israel’s main endo atmospheric interceptors were down to supply from earlier this year then you can imagine what the Arabs and U.S. were down to, who faced the full brunt of Iran’s missile and drone arsenal.

Looks nice but let's remember that this is the surface level of what existed before the war. Many wealth producing industries that enabled this lifestyle have been damaged or eliminated. Without peace and security and a clear path of reconstruction and reparations things will not stay so pretty.

I’m thinking they thought they could win these war with just extreme firepower from the air destroy everything and call it a day I guess they really believed the days of boots on the ground was over that they turn off Irans lights with just a button

CVN-77 arrives at AO Saturday so nothing will likely happen this week.

@ShapurII

We need alternative platforms that are not owned or controlled by the biased West. Chinese, Russian or other platforms that cannot be controlled by the paranoid Zionists.
