I wouldn't worry about - who is going to attack Spain btw ? Geographically isolated from everything.
Morocco, they already did in the past.
Ceuta and Melilla from Spain are in Africa continent.
And Spanish Canary Islands are nearer from Africa than from Spain mainland.
Besides terrorist attacks already happened too. NATO could just cut intel to allow future attacks, or just instigate new attacks through undercovers/informants in terrorist cells.
EU could fuel Catalonian separatists, it already happened in 2017.
And France could fuel Basque separatists, it already happened in 1980s.
And it's easily economically vulnerable from foreign powers, due to huge exterior debt, and big companies in the hands of foreign money.
