USA can easily relocate to Israel, Turkey,Azerbaijan & Armenia.. But whose gonna suffer if Qatar/Saudi Infra gets destroyed? Israelis? Americans? Israeli or American Militaries? American/Israeli business interests?

This line of thought was oki'sh at the start of conflict that inflicting pain on Qatar/Saudi would deter USA, not now as you can see it didn't deter USA/Israel then, It wont deter them now. It will only invite Qatar/Saudi to invade Iran and help USA/ISRAEL avoid putting their boots on ground. Ultimately benefitting Israel/USA. Whose the winner in the end? Israel once again.

My take on this - and your initial sentence is a very fair suggestion - is firstly, that none of those countries are positioned at the SoH and hence USA exerts less capability against Iran's blockade from those countries, and secondly, no military base for USA is available in Az or Arm. Even Turkiye is only really a NATO base. Thirdly, positioning forces within Israel limits USA's operational reach.

In short, deploying in GCC is operationally best for USA hence they would prefer to be there. If GCC are willing to pay the price of having them stationed there, it is on their shoulders.

As for Israel "winning", it will keep winning regardless of Iranian actions or inactions, unless and until USA is forced to withdraw for military reasons (extremely unlikely) or economic/political reasons (unlikely but at least more plausible than the former). Israel can only be rolled back regionally if its right hand is broken.

Btw, I'm not saying anything in the above that folks don't already know.

What reconciliation are you talking about? The reason the war lasted 8 years( not 10 as you have eluded to) was because none of the U.N resolutions called out Iraq for starting the war on Sept 22 1980. Why would Iran agree to a resolution that meant Iraq was let off the hook Scott free? Ayatollah Khomeini only accepted U.N resolution 598 when it was clear that the U.S was getting involved in the war on the side of Saddam after Operation Praying Mantis and the shooting down of Iran Air flight 655(which caused the death of 296 Passengers)by the U.S.S Vincennes. On top of Iraq having a free hand in using Chemical(WMDs) against Iran from 1983 on. Iran was rewarded for agreeing to the ceasefire by being invaded by Iraq's proxi, Mujahedin e Khalg (MEK) in July of 1988 which Iran crushed in Operation Mersad.
