Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

Back in the day one of Lockheeds F-16 marketing phrases was actually no F-16 user has ever gone to war against another F-16 user
Going O/T here but reminds me of somthing my late uncle ex 92 L/C used to tell me how Pakistan Army refused to go on one intl exercise where IDF soldiers would be present. I remember it created a lot of negative pressure for Pakistan, but stuff like this is why I really respect our armed forces.

That is what I think, behind closed doors there will be a massive rupture.

US consumers are feeling the pain, Nasdaq this morning is in meltdown and Republicans know they are gonna get crucified in the mid terms.

Netanyahu led Trump down this path telling him it will be quick. This is now turning out worse then Vietnam, Iraq or Afghanistan for the effect it has on US prestige and power.

If it were not for Jewish lobby Trump with have dumped Israel on day 3 of this war.
Trump now realising the cost here.

I think we all knew that at some point Israel's relationship with the US would rupture, especially as most young Americans now consider Israel a threat to world peace. I think we may now see the start of that rupture.

I do think it is the end of the beginning for Israel (its creation) and now we are starting to move to the beginning of the end (Israel's demise) and the inflection point for that was the genocide of Gaza that soiled its global reputation (with very few holdouts remaining), and the war on Iran which has started the process of alienating its biggest global supporter as the population of USA turns against Israel.

What we are witnessing is history being made.

Iran now needs to reign in Hizballah. If Israel has stopped the strikes and Hizb start hitting them again in Israel then we are back to square one. My guess is many in Hizb happy to see the war go on. In that sense they have a lot in common with the Israeli right wing

Hezbollah can't stop when Israelis are unwilling to vacate the territory they occupy and keep doing ethnic cleansing there. If Israelis withdraw then, yes, Hezbollah will certainly stop.
Israel's bottomline is getting the prized territory in southern Lebanon: Water and green land! MOFOs!

Iran has technical issues it needs to address over accuracy. Israels ALBM are very precise and can hit their targets. Irans ballistic missiles have to operate under severe jamming that seems to be affecting their accuracy.

Agree - there have not been as many high value targets actually "destroyed", but targetted, with misses.

Iran's systems for the PGCC are more precise it seems and they are more effective, its just the long range systems that have this problem for now. It maybe that the PGCC do not have as good jamming/anti-area precision denial capability as Israel has.

The censorship in "Israel" is so strong that they're sending people to jail should they expose any damage suffered by them. So no one knows the extent of the damage they suffered.

Agree. For Trump, who cares so much for his legacy, this war will define it and it will be a complete disaster. Whoever takes over from him (Vance, Rubio etc) will see the lessons to be learned here.

he promised to end the foreign wars and bring prosperity. He has massively failed, all because (unlike othr, wiser US Presidents), he fell for Netanyahus lies....

Agreed. This needs to stop, Iran cannot let Hizb dictate the pace here

The "Israeli" forces are in Southern Lebanon, expanding their hold, destroying all civilian homes and infrastructure. Hezbollah can't stop without "Israel" stopping the demolition and start withdrawing from South Lebanon.

- Joe Biden helped destroy Israel's future by helping Israel do a genocide, not realizing the long term blow back it would have on his Zionist project as with the exception of the baby boomers and some of the crazies like the right wing/evangelicals, the whole of America has turned away in disgust.

- Donald Trump helped destroy Israel's future by dragging the USA into another war, that the social media of today has covered fully as the root cause for that was Israel, again - and Trump did not realize either the long term blow back this would have on his Zionist project either.

Both of them thought they were helping, but it has had the opposite effect.

Law of unintended consequences!

I really wish Iran had caused major damage to Tel Aviv but I don't think that's happened. Major damage could not be hidden. Israel is not North Korea and is in fact a well connected country with the outside world. Many people from the West travel into/out of Israel and they would post the damage at least when out of Israel.
Iranian missiles are accurate and many more in numbers for targets near to Iran but to travel all the way to Israel going through the gauntlet of air defenses is sadly a different matter.

The Israelis know this as well which is why the lobby is now pushing legislation in the US that effectively ties America's hands with regards to supporting Israel unconditionally.

Even more reason for not letting them export their oil :) It's literally American money as you said. Instead of giving them full toll exemption, we should choke the Iraqi government off, who is not very that friendly towards Iran anyway, and force them to either get their shit together or face consequences like the rest of the Arab countries near the Persian Gulf.

As I said, we are too kind with Iraq, who killed over 300K Iranians during the Iraq-Iran under Saddam. They do not deserve this kind treatment and historically, they have been known to be betrayers to Imam Ali, Imam Hassan and Imam Hussein.
I agree with putting pressure on the iraqi government but the iraqi civilians have already suffered enough for the last few decades and should be spared.

I think we need a few more things to pass for that, greater unity amongst muslim countries, especially the arab countries, maybe a charasmatic respected leader can emerge, and a comprehensive defeat of the zionists on the battle field.
