I know you inexplicably love Americans but they've never helped anyone, Iranian or otherwise, out of the kindness of their hearts. They have a long history of aiding and enabling Anglo looting of Iran during the late 19th and early 20th century and obviously they carried out Operation Ajax. They built up the Iranian army so it could be used as fodder against the Soviets, not because they loved Iran or Iranians.

And I know you inexplicably love the commies but they wouldn't build up the Iranian army to resist against their own enemy.

And I posted that clip of the news conference where imam putin admitted that he hasn't given jack shit to Iran, not that Iran asked for anything from Russia, but he admitted that he hasn't sold anything to Iran.

Neither Russia nor China have anything meaningful to sell to Iran either.

We see how Russia fights in Ukraine, which is deplorable to say the least. And that China is even weaker than Russia and has jack shit experience/ weaponry fighting modern wars.

Not a good situ for Iran.......

China has a lot to offer, and they have massive industrial capabilities to deliver it on time, but it's simply not willing to do so.

The Americans turned Iran's military into one of the world's most formidable forces in late 70s. We fought the Iraqis that were armed to the teeth for 8 years with American weapons. Alborz Highschool in Tehran was established by an American presbyterian missionary to improve higher education in Iran.
The Russians didn't deliver even a single jet fighter after 5 years. It took them 25 years to build a single nuclear reactor in Bushehr and there are already way behind schedule in the other two reactors as well.

A little offtopic but you are right comparing the American alliance vs the Soviet/Russian alliance. Losers sided with the latter. Just look at India, which was way ahead of Pakistan in 1947 in most ways but the Pakistanis rightly sided with the West to become a very capable military.

China has a lot to offer, and they have massive industrial capabilities to deliver it on time, but it's simply not willing to do so.

We've seen their weapon capabilities in recent wars and tbvf, I don't believe Iran would buy anything from them.

It's trivial that every country is after its own interests, but for what is worth, our short period of cooperation with the Americans during 60s and 70s helped us build a modern, well-trained army that saved our territorial integrity and sovereignty in one of the world's largest wars fought after World War II.

That aside, they also heavily improved our civilian infrastructure, education, quality of life, etc. When we had good relations with the Americans, Iranians lived in relative prosperity compared to what is happening now.

Our friendship with the Russians never achieved anything remotely similar to that. The Chinese were initially helpful, but it all changed after their focus shifted towards Arab states in the Persian Gulf. We haven't had normal relations with China ever since, even though our interests align and we aren't enemies at the moment.

Yes and that same US is bombing Iran. Cute huh?

But yeah, even my dad says Russia is the most unreliable pos country in the world, even though he supports them against Nato. Russia has fucked Iran since more than 200 years ago. But times change, interests change and I do think Russia wants Iran to survive and even thrive. Russia is getting it's soft underbelly pushed in too now by Nato in the caucasus. They are put in such a bad trap in Ukraine that they're losing so many of their best men for a few square kilometers per day it's sad. Iran might have taken serious blows by the globalists, but the death toll is nowhere near what they are putting russia through.

That being said Putin is very unreliable in the sense that he will only do what's best for Russia and also have a very long term view. Angering America by selling some s400s and su-35s that wouldn't even make a real difference in a full onslaught, except down a few more jets, isn't worth it according to him and probably he's right.

Hell, the only way to survive these strikes by the US is to have a yuuuuge country and toooons of missiles. Even Turkey's air foce would have been destroyed within days of the US attack with all their stand off missiles. Any air force would. No country except Russia, China and India (maybe Pakistan but that's another story) could survive and fight back against such waves of strikes and standoff weapons.

1- Alliance with the US: Imperial Iran, South Korea, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait
2- Alliance with the Communists: Cuba, Venezuela, Libya, Saddam's Iraq, Islamic Republic of Iran, North Korea, Belarus, Nicaragua, Somalia

It is no coincidence when the pattern repeats itself in every case.
