North Korea is a dictatorship - unlikely to survive the death of the Kims.

Its current form is unlikely survive if it comes in contact with the west.

Whereas Iran has been completely infiltrated by Israel and west - and still standing.

The site in Kiryat Gat is far outside of Tel Aviv and population centres (easier to hit) and massive

Even 200m CEP will hit something valuable

They also have a site in Haifa if Iran insists on only hitting north Israel for now
