Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

Trump should withdraw the bulk off his forces to take that option of further USA involvement in future operations off the table for Israel..
I wouldn't hold my breath on that one

Has anybody seen the bombing of Beirut that Israel did. How in God's name did those missiles hit the middle of the building. What sort of sorcery is this. That building was surrounded by others. There was no direct line to it. Really confusing how they managed to do it in such a tight space

It wasn't sorcery.

Have you been following the fatigue and disillusionment about the extended naval deployments in north Arabian Sea? And maybe there is some truth in the so-called 'Laundry Fires'. Only the Russians shove people as cannon fodders into wars. Least of all, a Western nation like America would do that. The days of massive land invasions, taking on casualties, or even taking the nuisances of 'being deployed' are rapidly ending not only in the Western world but in all of humanity. And we should be all grateful for that.

Learn to read the room!

Arabs didn't sign up to die doe zion... they didn't own it even though zion had primed them for this very day! Besides the proxies got cold feet and there was no resistance at home front ... what both Mileikowsky and baby shah had promised. All of these are just one front... second, zion got exposed like never before ... this was all they could muster with full support of US... this entity had all the weapons and tech in the world ... they had their finances taken care of by the collective, compliant media and political landscape... which they have thoroughly monopolized in their favor. They believed their own hype...
Nothing achieved on it's merits but deceit... over promised and under delivered! This war will raise a new generation of Iranians... with newfound confidence, grounded and conscious of their place in the world.

That bodes well for the whole region where hope will encourage more can do attitude among the Arabs as well... who have limped along from one form of slavery to another.

Of course all is not rosy and war still looms especially zion has only been thwarted, not defeated!
They've always bluffed their way thru until real powers put a stop to their poker face half ass moves. Korea, vietnam, Afghanistan etc.......when a real power steps up these guys always stand down.

Its all bullshit when they say.....oh but wes wuz kung Phu fightin with one hand tied up behind our backs. Otherwise wes wuz winnin it.......lol

GTFOH.........:p

Best thing now is that all them 'regional' ass clowns surrounding Iran exposed as a buncha jokers no?

Okay? All I said was I wouldn't hold my breath. As US is not leaving the area anytime soon. Not more complicated than that really

The NY Times screen cap I posted just above has a strange mention of Trump appreciating the roles of China and Russia in this conflict. Almost seems like came out of nowhere. We know that the Iranian and the Pakistani officials have been going to China and the Iranians have also gone to Russia. Still I didn't see dots connected.
Pretty interesting to know why Trump said that! Much happens in backdoor diplomacy!!

And really some times truth is more interesting then fiction: Look up the partially unclassified accounts of Nixon's visit to China via Pakistan in the early 70s and what Kissinger wrote about that in his notebooks. Fascinating!

These sounds too good to be true.

I think this deal drama is just to regroup and reorganize the military and equipment and to stabilize the market, then come back again may after mid-terms?

US-Israel did suffer humiliation at the hand if Iran, but they are quick learners, and they will work tirelessly to find antidote to Iranian missiles/drones, specially with the help of AI, and even if we compare the last 3-4 conflicts, i think the interception rate kept getting better, TP-1 was the first real conflict between Iran and Israel/US, and no one knew about Iranian missile power, earlier versions of TP were more devastating, but with each conflict, they are learning more and more about Iranian missile power.
Now its on Iran to not become complacent, and try to bring new stuff to combat with each conflict, and also root out the local mossad/CIA network within Iran.

Yes, the US Naval vessels moving away, which they are supposed to within 30 days of the start of the Deal, will be the pivotal moment. Let's keep an eye on that.

Nailed it.
Basically, Trump is finally seeing the sense in Obama's 'pivot' to the Indo Pacific policy! And as I had said recently in this thread, in the Munir-Trump Private Lunch, Pakistan was given a larger role in the Middle East. And as much as I like Pakistan to stay away from the Middle East, the Middle East can't stay away from Pakistan. So embrace what the geography is imposing on Pakistan!

PS. @Lulldapull and I have been consistent for weeks that the war was essentially over and in our understanding that Iran had the upper hand. I believe we both stand vindicated.
Now is the time for Pakistan to convert this into firm military and economic agreements to lock in a new status quo in the region that effective locks in sanctions relief. If we see how Iran’s relations with the UAE have been shattered, and this can’t be understated, we should offer up Gwadar as Iran’s port to the world, come what may. Iranians can invest into this port and if we see what that has done for Dubai, if only a fraction of that comes to Gwadar it will have vindicated all the investment into that port.

Equally, Pakistan must extract military modernization and financing for its troops in the GCC. The strain of deploying two squadron of fighters and a few thousands of air defense troops should not be at the expense of the Pakistan military.

The Saudis stated they may need up to 80,000 troops (soldiers/airmen/seamen,etc.) from Pakistan. IMHO, these Pakistani troops should be built up to the level of troops they would be replacing from the US; basically Pakistan needs its contingent equipped and supported to the level of the USMC, under their Force 2030 design. Iran and Israel have shown themselves to have near-peer level capabilities to the US, so equipping Pakistani troops with anything less than the USMC would be akin to leaving to be cannon fodder like some of the troops deployed to Yemen over the last 10 years.

With the US phasing out a good percentage of its forces from the region, this should be the time for the Saudis and other GCC to help build up the Pakistan Navy and Air Force, to protect the SLOCs east of Suez to the straits of Malacca and have the Air Force keep an adequate eye on both Iran and Israel. Pakistan with its position east of Iran and good relations with Iraq, Syria, Jordan could operate ISR aircraft all the way to Central Asia (with operations over Afghanistan).

But considering Pakistan wants economic business with Iran, it will be a peacekeeper. A good balance for the region.
