It is because India does not see any hope for Iran. Come 2027, Iran will be under another full-fledged attack as some analysts are predicting.
... The same analysts who said Iran will be attacked in June 2025 and again by March 2026.
I won't be surprised if some of the European nations have joined in by then too.

If they didnt get involved this time around, when the circumstances massively favoured the Americans and Israelis, why would they want to do it next time?

"Massively favoured" would be like Iraq in 2003 where after a decade of a No-Fly Zone and sanctions, the country was invaded as if it was a walk in the park for foreign forces.
It is said this guy apparently commanded an army of around one million soldiers at one point.
I hope you're not under the impression that the US has run out of bullets?

Is this a one time thing or will it be normalized? It was revealed that Zarif made a phone call and forced the Iranian aid ship to turn around 10 years ago. That was the last attempt.

If there is any land attack on Iran, then should the country that hosts land attack forces have its entire oil infrastructure completely destroyed ?? Not a light tap as has been the case so far, but complete decimation? Should the Iranians deliver that message right now? ie If your country hosts this, then all gloves are off? If that is Iraq, then Iran should tell Iraq, there are serious consequences for hosting land invasion forces for that type of action and deliver serious damage that will take years to rebuild ?

Yes, and the new regional situation ,as @SecularNationalist correctly stated, and @ShapurII should also accept that if Iran lost the war against US +Israel, why would Saudis send a delegate to the SLs burial just after the war entered a ceasefire that's not holding properly?
Given the importance of KSA in Islam, It made sense for Iran to allow a Saudi delegate to visit during the burial.
It also seems that Iran and the maturity of its reputation and strength in the region has enabled it to manage the Saudia more matuerely, vs more violently(unless that is necessary like during the recent war in the region). Time, work and drive has allowed Iran to essentially outdo Saudia in the region, and no money or foreign links will save Saudi from the consequences of irans rise. the axis of western states is clearly low on stamina and war fighting resources. , not fully sure why, Ukraine might be part of the reason, but demograpy and domestic politics have also hindered them. If war is logistics, then they can't effectively fight China for at least another 5 years.

If this is true then that means this new era of islamic unity started after some regional Muslim countries ACCEPTED that foreign states can't actually protect them from any threats or insecurities from regional Muslim countries, which is what the Iranian govt has said for at least a decade, so Iran was correct.

As long as both Trump and Netanyahu occupy their respective offices until early 2029, we can't rule out another full fledged war, though I think that is unlikely. But any change in the US leadership--even today if Trump has a heart attack and Vance becomes the POTUS, then I am nearly certain the posture on Iran and the larger Middle East will change.

The Americans and Israelis killed almost all Iran's military leadership AND ITS SUPREME LEADER in almost one fell swoop. This is an objective thing that happened. Iran likewise had limited airforce, an almost completely assymetric naval force, and shaky air defence (at least in the early days). The Europeans still didn't want to be involved, or at least seen to be involved, in any of it. To this day all they will commit is logistical support and intel. Boots on the ground is absolutely toxic in almost if not every one of these countries.
Are you betting on the US just doing the same again next time plus more stuff in order to make the whole gambit more appealing to Europeans? And you expect different outcomes?
