Trump is truly up a creek without a paddle. His initial instincts on becoming President not to trust the Pentagon/CIA/Congressional puppets were correct but ultimately they got him with the same tricks as they have trapped all other previous Presidents "Oh it will be easy, it will be quick and there is so much upside".

What do you mean "pre-emptive" ? There were multiple reports of HIMARS attacks from Kuwait and Bahrain just yesterday ?

Otherwise they wouldn't be in the open but hidden if they weren't going to be used right now
