Iran needs to go bezerk against US bases within the region. If the US starts hitting civilian infrastructure deliberately as you mention, all gloves need to come off. Iran shouldn't even have a second thought about hitting US naval assets. There is no bigger crime than targeting civilians and civilian infrastructure.

Im not a supporter of Irans government but I do support its people especially against unwarranted aggression from the US and Israel. We couldn't produce even a single year worth of enriched uranium for just a single VVER-1000 reactor at Bushehr to use our fuel rods. Mathematically speaking, with our most recent enrichment capacity, It took us approximately 10 years to enrich enough 3.5% uranium to operate one reactor at Bushehr for the period of just one year!
