Imho, negotiations are fine.

But unlike previous times…..

Starting point for the next negotiations must be:

1. SoH being the sole asset of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

2. Reparations to be paid in full by USA and its Pigs.

3. Iran retains full control of its defence strategy e.g. ability to develop ballistic missiles as it sees fit.

4. Full and immediate release of all assets

5. Full lifting of all sanctions.

This has to be guaranteed upfront in the invitation to the next negotiation.

Only point of negotiation is how and when to start nuclear inspections as Iran will abide by its commitments not to develop nukes.

Otherwise Iran should act to jack up oil prices.

Iran will win ultimately because no one will continue this pathetic war beyond Trump.

This whole war is one of the biggest unforced errors in modern times . I’m so surprised why US military have not pulled the plug on this war already. American military learn’t no lessons from their defeats in Vietnam Iraq and the last one Afghanistan.

The problem is Trump's ego and the need to be seen to be "winning" at everything all the time, because you know, he is a "winner".

Looking at the low volume of attacks overnight, has the USA just lost the Battle of Hormuz and are they now deterred to some extent with their casualties or is it the quiet before the storm ?

Food for thought, for anyone thinking those air-to-air refuellers are undefended targets ripe for the picking. At best they can only be targeted from the ground in an ambush attack with a high altitude SAM system of some type or very long range SAM(which Iran does not have anymore, or located too far away in the interior to be effective)..

This doesn't seems to be an MQ9 reaper. Their fuselage is not circular and also in the image doesn't appear the SATCOM antenna. There lack in the video the low vertical fin of them. IMO It is a Hermes 450.

The US ensure that use save haven orbits, stand off routing, on-baord electronic countermeasures and fighter escorts.

This multilayered approach has been the cornerstone of allowing these aircraft to operate in hostile environments without exposing them to enemy attacks.

Short of a fast moving interceptor it's difficult to imagine how a slow moving drone would be able to penetrate their AOO at altitudes between 19000-35000 feet.

Again drones jet powered or not unless used to swarm an area pose little operational risk to these aircraft at the heights they operate.

What you would need is fast moving interceptors and BVR capability.
