The soviets fell to a trap when they built the nuke in early 50s to counter the US?

Have you considered the possibility that the US Navy eventually reduces its presence in the Middle East due to operation costs and exhaustion but other countries get emboldened enough, after South Korea's recent move, to replace some of the US assets in the region?

Fantastic; that will put South Korea in a "riding the tiger" situation and will definitely catch Kim Jong-un's attention.

Yes, they all fell to trap. Soviet collapsed, China's big claims about Communist equality turned into a joke and even Chinese people complain that the idea of Communism was nothing but a lie and China was ideologically digested by capitalism.

Europe turned into USA's dog that is thrown under the bus when needed. Pakistan, India and NK also fell to that trap and still fail to build a formidable economy.

Why Iran shouldn't go that path requires vision and a visionary leader to avoid falling into trap.
