Why are the permanent members of the UN Security Council the United States, China, Russia, the United Kingdom and France?
It is because these nations have been tested and proven in battle. Of course, Japan and Germany likewise possess fighting spirit, yet they were defeated in war.
As for others — India, for instance — it could pray for ten thousand years and still never gain a seat on the Security Council, let alone any Middle Eastern nation,they are lack of fight spirit.
During the Korean War, the United States lost more than 50,000 lives, and the war lasted three years. In the Iran-us War, the conflict lasted only a few months, with merely a handful of American fatalities. Iran already lose fight spirits.That is why North Korea was able to develop nuclear weapons while Iran could not
