World without USA would need another bomber country to keep world order or international commerce will be impossible.

It's not a matter of ideology or preferences, just basic human nature.

Can a people survive without a state? Of course not: It's chaos, criminal gangs, constant stealing and killings.

Well, international commerce is same thing but to a bigger scale, you need a superpower to keep each world state behaving right. Or all your merchant ships will be stolen by Somali pirates and any other near land.

That paper in current world is done by USA, and only to that, China can do international commerce without use violence.

Without USA, China would have to choose between start to bomb things or stop international commerce.

Those Somali pirates Afghan drug lords daesh al qaeda etc were all created by the US, so they can intervene in those areas. Syria. Libya, Sudan were stable, but they were first destroyed by the US through sanctions and then they gave money to puppets and terrorists groups to forever destabilize those countries. I always chuckle when you hear trump or other western leaders say Iran needs democracy, but funnily they never mention that about Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Jordan, Morocco etc which are dictatorships allied to the US. The world doesn’t need a policeman, what the world needs powerful and technologically developed countries such as China Japan etc to invest in capital projects and provide technical skills in developing countries so those countries can develop economically. That is why China’s belt and road initiative was and is such a great initiative. Chinese companies invest in capital projects like power plants, ports, water desalination projects etc which will provide steady but low positive returns over decades (not a quick profit that western private companies and investors expect). This in turn allows Chinese and other private companies to build factories which create jobs, allows the local population to gain technical skills, develop as a society and country. You know western countries should be supporting this as this creates less migrants to go Europe US etc but not surprisingly they were first claiming that China was causing African and Asian countries into “debt trap”

The best part It is the hardware. They have very advanced sonars and also propulsion. The link is also extremely interesting.

The data I agree cannot be hacked. But when you know how works navigation, propulsion, sensors and communications you have access to unknown techonlogies.
