I don’t believe it. Something is happening behind the scenes diplomatically instead in my opinion. First an aircraft carrier leaves the Middle East and now we have entire bombers leaving the UK back to the U.S.

May be its middle of population and British govt is worried to have such weapon load near the towns, any incident can create massive social and material disturbance.

I think he is either pulling back with the midterms mind. He’s going to sell the narrative that He’s won the war to try & get whatever votes he can & then resume the fight post midterm or an attack with B2 bombers is on the way sometime soon.

Today gas price here was barely higher than before the war. This is partially as a result of gas tax suspension. I don't see any tangible change to quality of life here. Except maybe that helium is unavailable for balloons at the dollar store.

For Iran, natural resources are leaving the region, Iranian industries and services are destroyed. The currency is worthless. Sea and air blockades are in place and land blockade is probably coming.

By their lack of action Iran seems to have accepted this trajectory.

IRGC commander claims US forces have ‘fled’ 1,000km from Iran’s borders​

Rear Admiral Ali Fadavi, a top IRGC commander, says Iranian forces have forced the US military to pull back some 1,000 kilometres (621 miles) from Iran’s borders

“The Americans fled and moved more than 1,000 kilometers away from our borders. This was not their choice; it was due to the authority of the Islamic Republic and the authority of the IRGC Ground Force,” Fadavi said in a televised interview, according to the state-run Press TV.

He claimed that, for the first time, no US vessels were present in the Persian Gulf, the Strait of Hormuz, the Sea of Oman or even the northern Indian Ocean, and said US warships are “100 percent vulnerable” to IRGC attacks.

Fadavi’s claim came as the US military continues to impose a punishing naval blockade on Iranian ports. The Central Command said last week that it has redirected 125 commercial vessels since July to “ensure strict compliance”.

Well I agree that American forces have largely retreated from multiple bases and ships have gone farther out to sea that doesn’t actually make it a good thing it’s actually puts more stress on Iran in striking targets farther away while American forces(Israel and whoever else may or may not join if there is a next round which there probably will be soon)can still hit Iran and better defend from attacks maybe less sorties from aircraft carriers I guess

Man even the sudani jhanjhaweed or let’s say Syrian jihadi or Eritrean mercs……no body would join ISIS or AL-Qaeda today and go and fight Iran.

Speed and accuracy are the two things Iran needs more than anything else let’s be honest and if they could do those while increasing the range maybe but 20 minutes is a lot of time to prepare for an attack and to be fair the farthest hits have been a thousand miles have been in Israel last couple of rounds Iran has shown their accuracy improve but 1500 miles is a big jump

Well no military forces attacked Iran from turkey and yes I recall Iran sent a few missiles towards turkey I honestly don’t recall if there was any direct hits but if Turkish personnel were killed I would think it would not beneficial for Iran to have turkey enter the war as well and this is a guy who says Iran has been handling itself better than most people thought they would against overwhelming odds
