If I were Iran, I’d attack the country who are enabling other countries to attack me….

They would attack back...better for these countries to take the initiative in their own hands instead of letting Israel and the US create more chaos and instigate further destabilization.

Iran can help tamp down the Yemen conflict, KSA can ensure that none of its bases are allowed to be used by Americans to strike Iran. That would go a long way.

Hopefully, they all realize that the American security architecture has failed and is now only being used to further Israeli interests at the expense of all other ME countries.

By this definition almost every country on earth is an "enabler". India, to pluck an example out of thin air, is the biggest single customer of Israeli weaponry, and also is a substantial supplier of components to the same country's defence industry.

While I support Islamic solidarity and cooperation,Iran needs to be very careful, because Saudis are offering Makkah pact access for Iran when they are militarily under threat of defeat from houthis, and while their AD missile supply and US ammunition supplies are low and their key infrastructure is heavily damaged(Iran can thank houthis for degrading Saudi infrastructure US plans to use to attack Iran in the upcoming round of fighting), meanwhile on the backend, Saudis are still working on joining Abraham accord with Israel ,while still sharing sensitive intelligence and military cooperation with Iran's western enemies like US, and UK.

My guess is that this mediation won't lead to much, and my reason for saying so is stubbornness of the parties here.

Trump and Netanyahu will go on attack real soon. Iran should have all valuable sites pre programmed and ready to deliver harsh strikes to data centres, financial sites, internet cables etc.

Save de salination plants and petrochemical sites for further escalation in the future but for now keep taking toll money for using strait of hormuz and order more chemicals from China to use for rockets and missiles.
