I give you a scenario in which Biden could hurt Trump presidency by declaring war on Iran before his oval office. Trump could come out as some sort of a hero if he can break a peace deal between Israel and Iran. But he still have to look tough somehow. He’s never actually said how the war should end you really have to listen how he talks he plays the ambiguous game. Republicans are much more hawkish on Iran than the Democrats but in the end they both follow the same master. U think Kamala will make decision on her own? There's no way Artesh is going to send fighters or warships to bomb Israel

Submarines maybe? But Iran doesn't have submarines capable of launch long range missiles

So drones are more probable

Iranian Artesh can use:

1) Arash drones with 2000KM range

2) Iranian submarines (1-2) could enter Red Sea and fire Jask-1 and Jask-2 at Israel’s naval port in Eilat

3) Use SU-22 to launch air launched CMs at Israel

4) Iranian warships could fire recently unveiled 2000KM naval CM

5) any hidden weapon capability not broadly announced

It’s a double edge sword really, Israel kept its targets mostly IRGC related and the death of 4 air defense officers as part of Artesh is more wrong place wrong time rather than Israel trying to target the traditional Artesh military.

Using the Iranian Navy to attack Israel opens a can of worms since Iran’s Navy is pretty defenseless at port for revenge attacks. Using the Airforce the same applies if Israel uses CMs or quadcopters against our few remaining F-14’s in their shelters.

I have a feeling that by “bigger” warheads means we may see the Khorramshahr family of missiles used extensively which carry the most payload of any Iranian missiles at 1800kg, also the only family of missiles to have multiple warheads (3 x 500-600kg). These could be highly destructive if unleashed on Israeli military facilities.

Also gives Iran war time battlefield assessment data on the missile family in case any tweaks need to be made in future generations.
