As long has Iran add enough centrifuges to reach the desired SWU for a full scale nuclear industry and propulsion related activities then the level of enrichment above 3.7 % matters little. Iran already knows how to enrich, the percentage point is a matter of time and not knowledge. If they decide to accept such arbitrary restriction for total irreversible lifting of sanctions then it would in my opinion be a relatively good exchange.

I think Iran has secret Plasma Weapons more powerful than Nukes. That's why they are willing to negotiate away this. First of all, it's 280 kg of 60% HEU. It would give 185 kg of 90% HEU. Assuming 2 times compression of uranium, that would be enough for 10-15 fission devices. You can't know the yield without conducting a test but it's safe to assume that 2-fold compression would lead to a yield lower than 50 kilotons. Israelis estimated 30 kilotons based on the documents they claimed they had stolen from inside Iran.

In what stretch of imagination that is enough? You think 200-500 Kilotons is enough? The US is already in the range of gigatons by now. The Ivy King alone had a yield close to 500 kilotons.

This is good for regional deterrence to counter local threats. and its 600kgs of UF6 at 60% yield not 280kgs.
