I will disagree, this enriched mass is the reason we are sitting at table with AIPAC fueled Republican US instead of getting bombed by them. Had this mass was 75% enriched and some 1000 Kg total and Iran would have openly tested its Ghaem SLVs as ICBM we would have seen them offering peace to Iran much earlier.

As long has Iran add enough centrifuges to reach the desired SWU for a full scale nuclear industry and propulsion related activities then the level of enrichment above 3.7 % matters little. Iran already knows how to enrich, the percentage point is a matter of time and not knowledge. If they decide to accept such arbitrary restriction for total irreversible lifting of sanctions then it would in my opinion be a relatively good exchange.

First of all, it's 280 kg of 60% HEU. It would give 185 kg of 90% HEU. Assuming 2 times compression of uranium, that would be enough for 10-15 fission devices. You can't know the yield without conducting a test but it's safe to assume that 2-fold compression would lead to a yield lower than 50 kilotons. Israelis estimated 30 kilotons based on the documents they claimed they had stolen from inside Iran.
