The West, the US and the rest of the FUKUS coalition, have no qualms about destroying anything or anyone they perceive as a threat. They'll even destroy a country just to send a message. Just ask the Japanese concerning Nagasaki and Hiroshima.

Unlike Cruise Missiles, Ballistic Missiles have huge launch signature & can be detected much earlier giving away enough warning time for enemy air force to adjust their systems accordingly
So you will not find anything in open.
