Best thing that could happen for this region is a nuclear arms race. Iran getting nuclear weapons will make everyone else race to get them and will ultimately force the US and Israel to make big concessions in the region at the minimum and at maximum they lose control of the region. And there is parity between nations.

I agree with this but I don't think Iran developing nuclear weapons would lead to such a nuclear arms race since the Arab nations are too closely reliant on the US.

I think Saudi Arabia will develop a nuclear program. Turkey as well. Though even just Iran having nuclear weapons means US will have to work harder to not push some nations from diversifying their economy/military/agreements with other nations. Such as offering better weapons packages and giving them BVRAAM missiles, civilian nuclear program projects, etc....

Neither of those countries have suitable nuclear infrastructure. Turkey will justify it by saying they are part of NATO and host US nukes anyway. Saudi Arabia probably can't develop nukes even if they wanted to but it doesn't align with their 2030 vision anyway.

According to cnn, deal is almost signed, probably on the next meeting, Trump accepted main Iranian demands and warned Bibi to stay away from Iran... International consortium will develop nuclear technology in Iran, what is practically acceptance of Iranian offer.... but all other sources are based on cnn info....
