I think additional measures should include:

1. Expelling IAEA inspectors (i.e. spies)
2. Disabling IAEA cameras
3. Reducing diplomatic ties with Georgia
4. Large scale production of uranium metal
5. Enrichment up to 90% at undisclosed location
6. Halt of negotiations with the US/Europe if the already-planned one on Sunday fails to make meaningful progress.

So far there are no signs of military buildup from Israel

As for the US, they moved some of their aerial assets such as B-2s that were present near Iran, so there's very low chances of them preparing something

Nothing will likely happen for some months, then another news of "Israel preparing a massive attack" comes out and there we go again
