Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

Not a single Iranian source is claiming about involvement of India on it.

It's just fancy claims being made by untrusted tweeter handlers.

If it was true - there could have open statement from the Iranian government itself.

Anyway useless to clarify anything from my side. Once it comes from legit Iranian government, untill those tweeter handlers doing their jobs and that's what meant from creating the tweeter accounts.

Only what india is doing - distance from the both sides - don't need to be taken any side! That's what offically status of us..

Iran and israel - both are equally important to us.

Let us see how Iran sees these developments. You did what you did. Iranians have seen your duplicitous actions.

I hope Iran is noting everything down. Including Indian backstabbing at SCO. India is an opportunistic country that harbors hate for Islam and Muslims. A well-documented fact by now. It mistreats Indian Muslims on an industrial scale. Iranians are our brothers and sisters at the end of fhe day. We are bound by history, culture, geography and language. We need to come together and support each other.
It is mind blowing suicidal shooting yourself in the foot type of stuff from Iran...

Why did it rebuff the Chinese for no reason and cast its lot with the Indians of all people???

To our Iranian brothers and sisters here, we have a saying in Pakinstan, "You can trust a snake but NEVER an Indian."

Its best for Pakistan to stay out of this conflict as far as possible.

There are three outcomes from this conflict as far as our western border is concerned:
  1. It stays the same, i.e. somewhat problematic but manageable
  2. A puppet pro-Israel regime takes over in Iran
  3. The central government in Tehran becomes so weak that vast areas become lawless
Which of these scenarios do you think is best for Pakistan?

Should we stick our head in the sand and pretend that we live on an alien planet where the ground realities around us don't matter, or should we think one year ahead into the future and act to promote favorable outcomes?

I have a different perspective from many others here, as much of the discussion seems to reflect one-sided narratives.

I do criticise the U.S. and the West for their monopolies and geopolitical dirty games, which often come at the cost of human lives.

At the same time, I also criticise Iran for supporting non-state actors such as Hamas and Hezbollah, which contributes to regional instability.

A stable and peaceful Iran would benefit the entire region. Iran absolutely has the right to defend itself and pursue what’s best for its people—but that should come with a focus on internal progress and a better future and safety for its citizens.

Like how a certain country used that excuse to completely level another certain territory more than 70% and its civilian population. Yeah.

Not sure why anyone expects India to support the countries constantly mentioned here, what exactly is in it for us? We're not part of some imagined ummah fraternity. Foreign policy isn’t built on emotional brotherhood.

We value good relations with Iran and they see us as an important oil buyer. But let’s be honest, strategically, a stable, Western backed Iran on Pakistan’s western border isn’t exactly bad news for us either.
I think India’s decision not to join the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in condemning Israel’s unprovoked attack was a serious mistake. Even if India was concerned about its ties with Israel, it could’ve asked for a softer or more neutral wording.

But in this case, a non-member of the SCO attacked a member — and not just any member, but one India had just signed an "all-weather strategic partnership" with. This move undermines India’s diplomatic credibility. Even the Israelis might not appreciate a friend who abandons their own partners so easily.

If you are thinking of annexing any part of Iran, its not going to happen.

Iranis fought 8 years of brutal meat grinder type of warfare with Iraq that was backed by all the oil money and the western tech in the world. Pakistanis have no stomach for fighting full scale war beyond two weeks and even less so any low intensity insurgency. BLA and TTP have made it a virtual turkey shoot against PA and Irani fedayin and baseejis will make life impossible for PA.

But they will not do. They have equally good relationship with GCC and to an extent with Israel as well. Also despite all swashbuckling and posturing China dont want a direct confrontation with USA.

I agree that China doesn't want a war with NATO in the Middle East. However, if Israel defeats Iran, it will control the Middle East (Turkey will do nothing beyond empty statements.)

If Israel dominates the Middle East unchallenged, it frees up th US to focus on East Asia. On the other hand, as long as the US is bogged down in the Middle East, it complicates its engagement in East Asia.

I am sure China can do the calculations to see which option serves it best.

Loom at the title of the thread - and look where you are taking it.
I can answer your post and hammer you but it would be off topic.
Respect this thread and stay on topic.
@dbc
I respectfully am trying to bring it back on topic

Those planes landing in Iran last couple of days - do you think China is assisting?
