Assuming everything went right for the Trunp strike, what changed for Israel? Absolutely nothing.

Iran's nuclear program is likely going to go back on track, and they'll rebuild.

And worst for Israel, Iran can and is still hitting Israel, and the US strikes have failed to deter Iran.

We don't care if they thank to China or not.

At least China's strategic pivot needs to be maintained.

And thanks to Israel, now these mullahs will soon understand that keep relying on those pro-west reformists can only drag them further down into abyss.

Before, they have never faced the existential threat like that, they would not buy it.

We can help them, but we must make them wake up and see the cruelty of the world clearly.

Iran will only wake up to the path it should take after suffering.

Previously the Iranians were insincere about cooperation with China, betraying the Chinese government on several occasions and even handing over promised ports to the Indians, seriously damaging the B&R program. There was also the inexplicable death of President Raisi that led to the interruption of the great Chinese-led Saudi-Iranian rapprochement, and a great deal of diplomatic resources were wasted.

It is only natural that China now asks Iran to show its resolve and value of resistance before deciding whether to assist it.

Iran is a big country that thinks very highly of itself. It has always kept a distance from China and has never really gotten closer. Imagine that a person is never very close to you, and often even looks down on you from the bottom of his heart. Isn't it embarrassing that you have to take the initiative to help him? Iran plays a non-leading role in China's oil import structure, and China has diversified supply channels and strategic reserves.

Sorry.........with all this talk about retribution on the US and chatter of false flag attacks, this is being discussed in another circle of mine.

Finding 3 IEDs in Sahuarita is a big deal. Small town, mostly ranchers, miners, and retirees. Oh, and did I mention right on a cartel drug smuggling corridor?

China has helped Pakistan at every turn, over and beyond expectations.

The China-Iran situation is more complex and the blame lies on both sides. I will leave it at that.

Blame lies with Iran. China was always willing, but Irans close relations with India along with mass foreign agent infiltration made it too risky for the Chinese to fully trust Iran. Iran should have smelt the coffee and pivoted it's policy to be pro China/Pak, but unfortunately they never did in time.

As long as there is China in East Asia, the US will not dare to put ground troops into Iran. As long as the U.S. does not commit ground troops, it is impossible to overthrow the Iranian government by bombing alone.

Only after making the Iranian government feel the pain will they reflect on it and make rational choices later.

If we help the Iranian government now, the Iranians will not thank us, they will thank Allah, they will think that it is Allah who uses divine magic to make the Chinese save them, and that the Chinese are only worthy of being tools to be used by the Iranians.

Not sure if you have followed but : China avoids military entanglement. Despite talk of defense ties, and it was well known that China won’t risk a war with the U.S. or Israel for Iran. In past UN votes and crises, China has played both sides, trying not to alienate Gulf nations or Israel.

Iranian hardliners have criticized China for being opportunistic and not standing up when it counts

It was not iran who betrayed china, but it was china.

And once Russia engaged in Ukraine war - israel - USA see this golden opportunity to attack on iran.

This is just a unfortunate story of iran - having so called superpowers as stragic partners in her side but at end, ending with destruction in country and suffering alone.
