Another surprise attack by Israel and the United States will take place in the very near future.
That is precisely why Israel and the U.S. agreed to a ceasefire without presenting clear conditions. This is a common tactic used by aggressors to dismantle the defensive side's wartime posture and prevent them from launching a counterattack.

Generally, when combat continues uninterrupted for over a month, the defensive side becomes increasingly adapted to warfare, and the advantage of the attacking side rapidly diminishes. Therefore, the aggressor side will dangle the prospect of a false ceasefire during this critical period, using every means possible.

If the defensive side falls for this, they will inevitably face harsher peace terms imposed after the fact, as well as further large-scale surprise attacks once the aggressor's forces have been reorganized.

This time, there is an absolute deadline of October due to the sunset clause in the JCPOA.
At the latest by September, and possibly as early as July or August, a genuine war of aggression—uncomparable to the current situation—will begin.

It reminds me of that episode in Game of Thrones where the army of "Free people" attacked the Knight Watch. At the end of day 1, the Knight Watch had won the first battle with high casualties and Jon Snow said "They were only testing our defenses".

This is pretty much the same. They did a few miscalculations here and there, they underestimated our patriotism and thought the country would turn chaotic, but it doesn't mean this fight is over.

Meanwhile, expect some separatist groups to ramp up their so-called "fight" with Iran. Expect some Kurdish insurgency or Baloch insurgency in the coming weeks, before the next battle starts.

Israel tried to get the last laugh before ceasefire. IRGC is showing absolute deterrence that no matter what, there will be retaliation and a price to pay.

Its very hard to bring two arrogant fighters to a halt suddenly.

It's over, fordo is gone, ceasefire done.

Israelis might try their luck with pushing for regime change and ground invasions but America is not in the mood for it.

Iranians have a choice to do the above or keep pursuing nukes and getting bombed by the US.

Best move for Iran would be to follow in footsteps of countries like Spain - retain the capability to make the bomb, but don't make it or test it unless your existence is threatened.

There is not much choice for us right now, we can not afford to be picky about rebuilding our AD right now , we just to get as much as possible ....
Our operator are familiar with S300 PMU 2 , so integrating S300 and S400 is much easier ...


Anyway, the F35 capabilities to conduct long range air operation and its stealth and EW capabilities probably create concern among Russia and China as well, Russia will accelerate their 5th gen fighters and China will divert all the money to 5th and 6th gen fighters ...
Spending money on 4th gen for countries which can afford 5th gen is insane ...

I expect Round 2 to start by late September, this year. A few weeks or days after the snapback mechanism is used to return all UNSC sanctions on Iran.

we already paid for Su35 as high end 4.5 gen fighters ( although with PESA , those are useless ) , for low end JF17 B3 would be wise choice, we need at least 120-150 of these to completely retire (F5s , F7s , Mig 21/23 , Su 22 , Mirage F1 )

I hope Air Force ask for ToT of JF-17 and both China/Pakistan agree with it ...

We can ask China to buy J35 directly ( they won't accept ToT request for their 4.5/5th gen fighter)

Jf17 block 3 by weight class is only low end. The avionics and in 100km theatre its better just like f16 did against su 35 in ukraine. Aesa gan based. The variety of ammunitions. Everything.

You bought su 35 before but your next order should be jf17 or j10.

Why because jf17 wont have any strings attached. It will even have good ashm role as well. It has 150km range aspect in bvr means 100km nez is possible.

No strings attached is where you should understand. This is no kindergarten where weight class is light doesnt mean it wont fight against su 30 class or rafale class fighters. In war its all out.
