Serious question....what happened to you? You used to be a big backer for this government? What changed your mind? I'm not trolling, I just want to know ...to be honest, I've never been a fan of a religious based government, but I also don't like foreign interference, and thought it's better to support the IRI rather than cheer the foreign forces trying to take them down.what point!?
Ordinary Iranian can not even buy milk based foods, IR just want to have a window to steal more
There will probably be no war any soon and it makes sense as IDF wants to replenish as much as they can, it's time for Iran to repair everything that was damaged and maximize the missile production rate and get any fighter jet, even Su-27 or Mig31, everything it can from various sources, repair the IADS and its production rate with foreign components and systems, and come back stronger to face IDF
The covert attacks will probably keep going so i hope they fixed all the flaws that Israel used during the war. Doing nothing is not an option this time, the country more united than before the war and no protest/riot erupted which was IDF's main goal of their attacks
Agree with everything except normalizing with Israel. This is a poison pill...I hope we choose to never swallow it. If it ever comes down to that time we must exact a lot of cost from them to do this...to do this as part of a detente with the West is foolishly cost free for them.....we need a huge benefit package, I mean huge to sell our moral code, sell our collective soul to the this evil warmongers.I suppose the IR will be given a very clear choice now:
1. An all-out war or at least a series of long-lasting wars,
2. Recognize Israel and be part of the current world order.
In reality, the Islamic Republic faces a great decision now:
1. Go nuclear like North Korea,
2. Normalize ties with the US, recognize and befriend Israel.
Since the IR has made it quite clear at every turn that they do not have the cojones to pick option 1, only option 2 is left.
There will be no normalization of ties with the US without that. It's a package deal at this point. It's like saying you want to do business with a guy but you try to murder his wife at the same time.Agree with everything except normalizing with Israel. Disagree....we can normalize with the US, and choose a non hostility with Israel, but never normalization.....if we normalize then we have lost trillions of dollars and countless lives of our people for nothing....we can normalize relationships with the Euro block and then the US....fk Israel! Let the Gulfies be the ring kissers. There will be no normalization of ties with the US without that. It's a package deal at this point. Then you have to wait out Trump in some way and survive his maximum pressure campaign with a risk of escalation and war in the next 3 years. And that is based on the assumption that the situation would change after 3 years, while it is quite possible and probably more likely that the next US president would also be a republican, or at least a right-wing figure like JD Vance.Disagree....we can normalize with the US, and choose a non hostility with Israel, but never normalization.....if we normalize then we have lost trillions of dollars and countless lives of our people for nothing....we can normalize relationships with the Euro block and then the US....fk Israel! living among people, seeing their growing suffering and their hopelessness , working with governmental institute and organizationSerious question....what happened to you? Very true, but seems the arabs have taken this poison pill and are doing alright. This is a poison pill...I hope we choose to never swallow it. Could be Putin, but I think it’s more likely a US/Zionist force. That force is called Vladimir Putin, and sometimes Xi.
It's a difficult to swallow pill but you're right, Iranians have shown they can't run a country properly on their own. Even without mullahs, the extensive corruption would still be there and the same oligarchs will don ties and keep sucking up the wealth of the people. Iran is on the same level as the arabs when it comes to statecraft and economics.I.R. had independent foreign policy for 40 years, and they messed it up completely. The whole point of having independence is so you can make decisions to benefit your country. Iran hasn't benefitted.
