I thought the Germans just as the Japanese will cry and will do whatever possible try to keep American soldiers on their soils. Once a slave will always be slave. Anyways, Japan and Germany need to be caged one way or the other for the sake of the world.
I agree with your point of view.
However, I look at the problem from a different perspective.
Japan and Germany were the initiators of World War II. The current international order is built on the foundation of the victory over the Axis powers.
If Japan and Germany abandon their responsibilities as defeated countries, the existing international order would lose its legal basis, all countries would completely lose trust in it, and the world would regress back to the law of the jungle, which could very well be the beginning of a large-scale war.
Unfortunately, this is happening. The United States has troops in both of these countries and is responsible for managing them. But these two countries are abandoning their responsibilities as defeated countries, and the United States hopes to treat them as proxies.
On November 21, 2025, China sent a letter to the UN Secretary-General, fully stating its position. China clearly pointed out that Japan’s actions seriously violate international law and the basic norms of international relations, severely undermining the post-war international order. If Japan uses force to interfere in China’s internal affairs, it will be regarded as an act of aggression against China. China will exercise its right of self-defense in accordance with the UN Charter and international law.
Japan has long promoted the abolition of the Enemy State Clause. However, this clause has not undergone any formal abolition procedure and is still effective today.
The Enemy State Clause consists of Articles 53, 77, and 107 of the UN Charter. Its core is that any steps taken by countries such as Germany, Italy, or Japan — which were fascist or militarist — to implement any further aggression policies can be directly met with military action by founding member states of the UN, such as China, France, the Soviet Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States, without Security Council authorization.
I believe that after Trump visits China, the situation may change. If the United States does not manage its pet dog properly and tries to let it bite, the best way to deal with a mad dog is to kill it.
