Such is the brutal reality of the times. Strong vs weak.

However, if Iran doesn't deliver a proportional attack at the least to Israel, it's a signal of weakness which Israel and the West will exploit sooner or later. Iran should strengthen their alliances with Russia, China and neighbors.

I think Iran has to do the minimum amount to appease any internal concerns, that's it.

That's not weakness, that's prudence imo.

A proportionate strike is probably war.

when your enemy wants to push you to war why should you oblige?

Israel is under unprecedented pressure due to Gaza, again why gift the distraction.

I am just saying there are arguments to do less, for now.

Iran has to restore deterrence as otherwise that would mean the entity would become even more emboldened and carry out an even more severe attack.

As long as Iran can keep the USA out of a shooting war with the entity, then it would easily win any shooting war as it has superiorioty in missiles and drones. The Zionist airforce is practically useless due to vast distances between the two sides.

This looks like more like Israel is up to something. And US-Israel are making up drama and 'intelligence'. A act possibly to distract from the blow to their reputation and standing due to the genocide committed in Gaza. If they're being really sinister than maybe they think now is time to attack nuclear program before Trump makes it into office. That's stretching it but could be a possibility.
