So Iran doesn't just lack weapons, it lacks good pilots. Their pilots have been out of modern air warfare for too long.

Iran needs to ditch India and repair its relationship with Pakistan so that the two air forces can exchange and cooperate.

A few years ago it was reported paf is training Iranians pilots, Iran also bought advance Russian training jets. It's possible Iran has some pilots who can fly 4.5th generation planes.

For sanctions lol, but yes paf wouldn't mind training Iranian pilots, it's not a big issue. What people fail to understand is Pakistan and China will not form an alliance with Iran, this is because Iran is in the Russian camp, this also makes Iran close friend of India, Iran is also anti Usa Eu GCC, and for Pakistan China this is a big no. We don't want enemity with anyone especially world powers. Pakistan has a balanced policy like China whilst Iran has anti Israel/Usa policy.

From the Chinese perspective you can just imagine how much of a risk that poses, the unpredictability and ideological zeal projected outwards, uncomfortably close to its own borders, would understandably make the Chinese nervous. Does it not make Pakistan nervous too?

If the IRIAF uses the J-10CE for air superiority, it may be able to conduct some DCA against the IAF in Iraqi airspace, but they cannot go as far as Syria without at least some tankers.

That will be enough, to not allow Israelis to enter Iran airspace, plus this will give time to Iran for firing ballistic missiles. And yes I understand J10s will be shot by F35s but they should be first line of defence.
