Thats classified information. Anyone telling you information is guessing.

But it is known that Iranian pilots fly reduced hours to limit stress on these airframes. Just because you see a jet flying at a military parade does not mean it is in flying condition (war fighting condition).

Iran’s crashed jet rate is very low compared to the age of the airframe, which again is a testament to the engineers that can keep things flying. But a lot of these technicians are now approaching/in retirement and some have even been brought out of retirement to overhaul planes due to a lack of qualified technicians with knowledge on these rather ancient planes.

The different assortment of fighters (Chinese, American, Russian, French) also makes it a headache logistically. Iran should sell these to Iraq or North Korea once it upgrades its airforce.

I doubt it is that "classified". There are plenty of OSINT sources to pull from to determine a reasonably accurate number of flyable along with combat-capable air frames. Further, it's very likely the various intelligence agencies have an accurate number.

Regardless, I'll give credit where credit is due. The most current model received by the IRIAF is the "E" model the last of which was delivered in the early-mid 1970s. So that places those aircraft at easily 50 years old. The "D" models even older. Iran never took delivery of a batch of F-4s and a couple F-14s (I know how many of each. I saw them.) following the return of the Ayatollah. Had Iran received those, those aircraft would be 46 years.

As I said, I will give credit where it is due. Iran's engineers and technicians have done well to maintain and upgrade where possible what is now a very old and very tired air frame without support from the manufacturer. Only 2 or 3 other nations are still flying the Phantom and those too are destined for the scrapyards.

Google maps have actualized their pictures over Isfahan. It is very interesting how they got the An-124 Ruslan in the TARMAC of the north-east part of the airbase.

More at north-east corner, you can see a VHF radar (Nebo?). And a bit more at south you can see the shadow of a probably 26 Kavosh radar (associated to Mersad-16 / Hawk SAM system).

The Russians should stick to what they know best. Building aircraft carriers is not one of them.

Alone, it will be hard but with foreign involvement, the economic pressure can be eased.

Russian ship building industry is outstanding, in nuclear powered submarine section they are second to none. They can cut off underwater communication assets of NATO in a blink of an eye.
 
I have already said that Iran is targeting 6th generation aircraft and this is the case in the scientific approach. This is a normal vision of any scientist who is creative with a lot of imagination. So nothing surprising here.
