I would deem this illogical. If you have a leadership selection from a relatively smart population then the odds are relatively high that this brainpower will also reflect the leadership. I also again remind you that your favourite Mullahs are the once responsible for the Republic's educational policies. If I remember correctly around half of Iran's population is truly illiterate in 1979, hardly any women in higher education vs now and the country couldn't even make barbed wires.There is a huge difference between Iranian Scientific and Engineering skills which are second to none in the world and the Leadership of Islamic Republic which are illiterate mullahs and their ignorant "KHAYEHMALS" around them. We see some of those KHAYEMALS in this PDF with their "trademark.
