so we should be happy to have a missile that isn't in operationYou should know that I don't do sense of humour on this forum.
Nobody said anything about it being in operation, but we have the technology, it's been anounced by IRGC and we have tested it so your joke seems very odd and has no punchline.

are you sure you don't do humour

You are calling it a joke to then immediately contradict yourself by defending the point of your "joke" by saying nonsenseit's called a joke
and no evidence Fattah-1 is in operation

we can take this debate to the Iranian Missiles thread if you wish. but I think it can be summarised easily: we can say that we believe a missile is likely in operation while also acknowledging there is no/little hard evidence of this actually being the caseWhat evidence do you want it to be in operation?
Fattah-1 is older tech. You can tell because Fattah-2 came behind it so fast.
They said the same thing about Sejill that there was no proof it’s in operation because for longest time iran didn’t fire them in war games.
Which made sense as they were Iran’s latest missile and were specifically developed for their fast lift off speed to orbit in case war with America broke out (around 2008 this was a real possibility believe it or not). The fear was American ISR would be so powerful they could target older Shahab missiles before they go into orbit, hence why soldi fuel Sejill was built. Low footprint, fast start up time, and quick accession into orbit.
Fattah-1 is operational. But likely not being produced as it has been replaced by F-2. Similar to how Sejill-2 quickly replaced Sejill and Ashura missiles in a span of just 2 years. How many people even remember Ashura missile? Very few I Imagine.
