No, but this idea of trying to win the hearts and minds of Arab world is a fallacy. Arabs are tribal people who are very opportunistic and whose alliances sway with the wind of geopolitics.

Iran’s foreign legions (Axis of Resistance) largely arise from fellow marginalized Islamic sects (Alwaites in Syria, Shia in Iraq, Shia in South Lebanon, Zaydi’s in Yemen), only Palestinians are a Sunni dominated group and that relationship has been bumpy.

Thus do not expect general Arab civilians (especially those in PG alliance countries) to keep a nice viewpoint of Iran for long.

US Conducts Fresh Airstrikes in Eastern Syria - World news - Tasnim News Agency

TEHRAN (Tasnim) - US forces launched more airstrikes in eastern Syria near the Iraq border, targeting residential areas and military sites in Deir ez-Zur province, including al-Mayadin and Al-Bukamal, with 10 strikes reported simultaneously on Tuesday morning.

It was not immediately clear who was behind the airstrikes in Syria’s eastern province of Deir el-Zour that borders Iraq.

The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, an opposition war monitor, said the strikes killed 15 people including an Iranian adviser with Iran’s paramilitary Revolutionary Guard, two of his bodyguards as well as nine Iraqi fighters from an Iran-backed group and two Syrians working with the Iranians. It added that a Syrian engineer was also killed.

Iran’s state news agency confirmed that a Revolutionary Guard member was killed in Syria.
