Cultural or religious influence how? Azerbaijanis do not speak Persian last time I checked. Turkey have that influence because of the language. As for religion, it’s not even worth mentioning. Past 30 years is enough to show where things stand.

Economic and political? What kind of economic leverage can a sanctioned Iran have over Azerbaijan? It’s Iran that need Azerbaijan for the north-south transport corridor. Iran tries to have that go through Armenia-Georgia for political reasons (unlike your claim of supposed Iranian political influence over Azerbaijan), but that is a much more expensive alternative. Russia prefers Azerbaijani route, also for political reasons.

You are the one with imaginary claims, so what you apparently see don’t tell me much.

Than brics will prove own uselessness to the world....During Trump mandate MBS was planning conflict with Iran, now is ready for friendship...

But in part about China solely, you have some good vision, China is thinking in Chinese dialect, and they don't have any interest in sharing it... only real solution is diversification of economy, dependency on oil is curse on national focus...young and educated people are real resource for planning...
