The problem with that equality of the terms being used lies in the difference in statehood of the agents being identified, otherwise I would accept that as a fair point.

This is basically what you were saying about Iran-backed militias. It's engineering how these names should be perceived in the west, such as Iran, Hamas or Hezbollah backed, and it is in a derogatory way. They are doing the same with Putin and Russia. Thank God for people like Richard Medhurst for pointing this out.

Incorrect logic. Again. 'Statehood' argument is a false pretense offered by opponents and accepted by those that don't have this simple understanding built into their basic logical process.

Or the significance of statehood is utterly lost on those clamoring for equality.

I expect the “response” to start Friday or Saturday.

Iran and the miltias have had plenty of time to evacuate and reposition.

What a response... Telling Iran 3 days ago that they are going to strike their facilities

They literally have the time to take trucks and get back materials in Iran in safety

Exactly like the 2020 response of Iran, but with 3 days of holidays, this is a Syria 2017 remastered

I expect no Iranian losses, and they will name Syrian or Iraqi casualties as "Iranian targets"

At least one thing i trust from IRI is that they mention casualties when there are

Or may be they want to study the patterns of change instituted for an imminent attack.

Sounds good to me.
Biden doesn´t loose the face now the presidential campaign will just begin and Iran doesn´t loose many useful agents.

Massive sniper shot with X? AM Sayyad? 7mm? His head would have exploded if it was 12.7mm

You would have never heard US saying Iran doesn’t have control of resistance groups in the Solemani era.

Wether this a coping mechanism by the Empire or the loss of Abu Mahdi/Solemani has lead to more freedom of decision making between groups is tough to say. But the KH released statement gives more credence to the latter.

Given the timing, this sudden declaration points to the former seems to me. However, *they* always use the Iranian backed’ prefix.

The Resistance never was a master and slave relationship. And it continues to be extremely effective.
