You're a 100 years too late for this idea to pan out the way you imagine it would.I agree with that. Iran needs a period of fascism fueled by Iranian nationalism.
Fascists have a great track record of starting wars and getting consumed by within.I agree with that. Iran needs a period of fascism fueled by Iranian nationalism.
Agreed.Fascists have a great track record of starting wars and getting consumed by within.
Be careful what you wish for.
Why? It's the current trend of the world. Who do you think the likes of Trump or Putin are? Even Erdogan? Giorgia Meloni is a prelude to fascism in Italy in my opinion. You're a 100 years too late for this idea to pan out the way you imagine it would.
They also have a great record of uniting the country.Fascists have a great track record of starting wars and getting consumed by within.

But how are you going to define who is a "traitor and acting as a foreign agent?" And who is going to keep those in charge of "purging" from being foreign agents and traitors themselves? Sounds like a recipe for disaster. What you are describing is pretty much what IRI already does, and we have witnessed how that worked out.Yes they absolutely should, they can save their lives by not acting as foreign agents and by not seeking Iran's destruction. We very much need a Stalin figure to fix our country, anything short of a broad purge of current leadership will not change anything.
Our country feels deeply polarized, with most people sitting at the extreme ends of every issue. The people I encounter often seem completely brainwashed. I’m fine with others having views different from mine, but I can’t respect arguments that have zero facts or logic and are backed by nothing more than emotional rhetoric and insults. Why? That's exactly my point. We need someone like Stalin, Putin, Reza Shah, Trump, etc.Our country feels deeply polarized, with most people sitting at the extreme ends of every issue. Given how divided we are, what kind of leader could realistically unite the country? Wouldn’t such a figure have to be incredibly brutal to break through the noise and bring everyone together? And if that’s what it takes, are we willing to accept that level of brutality? Or are we simply going to let these Neanderthals decide the fate of the country? How do we fight this culture of ignorance?
If we’re going to have someone with that much power, do we have a mechanism, a council, a group of people who can hold them accountable? Because we already have something like that in the Guardian Council and Assembly of Experts, and it doesn’t work. We already know this. That's exactly my point. We need someone like Stalin, Putin, Reza Shah, Trump, etc.
Somebody that puts the interests of Iran first and brutally suppress anybody who does differently.
