Anyone with half a brain and grade-school math can see that a country with a $65 billion budget deficit can't pledge that kind of investment abroad.

He may be a bit pudgy but to call him Obese is a stretch especially when you live in the west and you see what real obesity looks like.

He is probably severely overweight or obese, but definitely not morbidly obese

Judging from the photos he seems to be max 170cm, his weight probably between 90 to 110kg

It's either severely overweight or "class 1" obese, even if we take the lowest estimate, it's obese, but lightly obese
