I feel there is great risk in electing Pezeshkian as Iran's president.
Pezeshkian insists on negotiating with the West, but one wonders what kind of deal he intends to make.
Is he going to accede to the U.S. demand for total disarmament and suspension of aid to Lebanon, Syria, Yemen, and Palestine?
He doesn't have any power to change such thingsIt's no wonder that during the Obama administration.
With the threat of war rising like never before in the Middle East and the election of Trump in the U.S., I feel there is great risk in electing Pezeshkian as Iran's president.

he just won election and some of you guys already decided he is a sell out ... crazy
After c. 96% of votes counted:
16.2 million Pezeshkian (55%)
13.4 million Jalili (45%)
I would not call anything ‘democratic’ as good. ‘Democracy’ —hmmm…what’s that? Where’s it practiced? —- it’s Iawful even under the uneducated public definition.I am curious about Iranian politics. There is a strong element of the people getting to elect their presidents so despite all the demonising the west does on Iran to me it does come across democratic, a democratic theocracy. although my understanding is the last say is with ayatollah khamenei. However if I look at the UK, the king has the final say as well as heads of state to ok the appointments.
Second banisadr , then let tell you who are jalili and it's circle . Rasai the staunch jalili supporter once called martyr sulleymani as abu Musa ash'ariOnce again people turned back.....
I hope the second Bani Sadr cannot last for more than one year!
People spoke
You send jalili or anyone from stability ring (the tend to call themselves front but don't get fooled on that) and it's guaranteed that people vote to stop themThis is the only choice for anyone that voted for Jalili
Only time will tell us if man cares about Iran and its geopolitic stance or a complete sellout licking western boots making terrible inflation rate thinking the west will solve all problems of Iran. Actions and not words
The good news is that more than 50% voted, this is enough to keep propaganda of "no one is voting" at bay
