Cant really tell if its prop or jet powered,there are no visible air intakes at the rear and the section mounting the rocket booster looks quite thin so possibly prop?

If it’s not purely booster + glide. Then it might have a tiny electric motor.

This isn’t new drone. Just newly unveiled. I remember hearing about a mysterious Iranian X wing drone at least prior to Russian invasion of Ukraine, I think really goes back to Syrian civil war.
