The boldness doesn’t come out of nowhere - and while there is national character a bit it also involves signals from your diplomatic corps and intel services. But at the end it is also possible it was one wayward IRGC commander taking initiative of vague orders to hit back.

Agreed - but this unfairness and overt biased sectarian angle has to be called out. No one is “clean” for having loyalties (nurtured or ignorantly misplaced) outside of Pakistan.

No - it is a very selective case basis - there is a similie to the PALS system that was being developed. Not sure where it stands now but it would enable safer mating perceptions
Biggest enemy of Pakistan: nepotism, corrupt politicians, tribalism, sardars/khans/tribal heads, corrupt army generals, internal terrorists, low level of education.
