Islamabad Talks - News & Discussions

yeah its like they're stuck on something they wish to have, but don't, and won't.
They can thank their own leaderships/fatwas for that too.

Both sides high on their EGO.
well, now go beat each other again, see if anyone else cares!

I don’t think that they really gave the talks a chance driven what is at stake in this. They thought give it few hours and then say it is a failure. The reason they think it is a failure is because of their incompetence and that shows. Usually these type of negotiations take a long time not hours maybe, days , weeks, months or even years not hours. It’s Time the real diplomats in the room took over and started to deal with what is possible instead of what is impossible so that both sides can come to an agreement.

GHQ has full control of Karachi through it's A team of Zardari and his merry band of thugs and looters...Karachi doesn't rival or exceeds Dubai because GHQ prefer it this way.

Previous head of GHQ Bajwa to Karachi business community: "Don't complain about bhatta just move your businesses to Punjab"...
Yes, I just can't understand someone will ruin a part of Pakistan, the most important one, just because they hate or jealous of the people who live there and can do lots of good for the country.
Who ruins their own country?
Are they that dwarf of brain?

these two guys Witkoff and Kushner are the real spoilers and Israeli Shills.
I dont know why Pakistan has sent its forces to KSA? what tech and power it has that Americans and Israelis cant provide to KSA and UAE while using KSA assets, land and airspace while launching their attacks on Iran?

best bit would've been that Pakistan had stationed some forces in Tehran as well to prevent the bombing of schools, hospitals, refineries, universities, plants and other civilian infrastructure but thats only possible in a parallel universe and its unthinkable because KSA signed a deal for Pakistan to stand in front of it while Saudi Allies attack Iran.

whereas Iran failed to convince Pakistan to buy its cheap oil or even couldnt convince to use the mutually beneficial gas pipeline. maybe if it gives away the unfrozen funds to Pakistan then it can buy some "brotherly favor" from pakistanis who always point at Saudi Halal dollars as a reason for their devotion to house of Saud ?
You are being carried away, Sir ... Which is a tad surprising.

I don't think Iranians are ever a reasonable nation, at least after the 1979 Shia theocratic revolution.
They refused to end war with Saddam-iraq then ended it after 8-10 yrs.
Now Iran is not empire of Cyrus The Great of 2500 years ago.
They should stop acting what they are not, but their deeply resentful and begrudged mind make them act in bizarre ways.

In my opinion, Pakistan miscalculated when it came to signing a defense pact with the Saudis.

The loans to UAE had to be repaid and that’s probably where Saudi stepped in and coupled with the defense pact, Pakistan may have been coerced.

Strategically, it makes absolutely no sense for Pakistan to fly its assets into Saudi while the US is there.
You never know
World could spiral into.
Though pak stationing their assets just across Iran is a clear signal.
I would had thought pak will put assets close to Aqabah along red sea.

But it was one hell of mission.

Fighters plus force multipliers traversed the whole afghan airspace escorting the Iranian guests.
The most threatening and vulnerable part of the travel is around Tehran ( Northwest Iran ) .... not sure we had gone that far .

I am guessing refuelers were involved?

agreed with you.

More important than escorting iranian delegation is showing full ability to and willingness to traverse afghan airspace as seen fit.

On the bright side, Our assets positioned in KSA can serve as backup during wartime if India initiates an attack heavy barrage that targets our AF Bases.

So we will attack India from the bases in KSA ? ...
I am dumbfounded.
