Try sharing pictures of military stuff in China without their consent and how long will it take for you to vanish we would see that. Go to China try to get close to a remote Air Base where they mostly test these things and keep them until they want public to see them. Try to take a picture and please try to release it in public. Where you would go after that nobody will know about you. The so-called pictures which get released on social media platforms in China are those which Chinese forces themselves invite guys and ask them to take pictures and then tells them when they can release them.

Don't see why paf would spend so many resources on a new 4.5+ generation plane. We have J10Cs which are 4.5+ generation, have f16s, Jf17 Block 3s. 4th generation and 4.5+ generation is pretty much covered. The next plane must be J35s or Kaan, we all thought it will be AZM which will be pak spec 5th generation plane but the project didn't materlise. I would understand if we went ahead with AZM to produce a Jf17 style 5th generation plane, the design could be brand new but cost effective plane which we can induct in large numbers like the jf17s.

Realistically J10cs, F16s, Jf17 Block 3s are enough for us till 2035 when Iaf will induct 5th generation planes, and by that time J35s and Kaan will be available. Paf waited till India bought the Rafales and then inducted J10cs, the same way paf will wait till India inducts 5th generation, lastly by 2035 Kilzimia and Anka will also be on a different level.

It would be a almost 5th Generation platform with a body like a 5th Generation jet, AESA radar, EW suit, Avionics, IRST and around 10 to 11 hardpoints. Only thing it would lack initially would be internal weapons bay. And soon that would come also. You are thinking why would be making another J-10 C type fighter jet when we already have J-10 C. And that is valid point. Remember those fanboy pictures of JF-17 stealth version used to get released and we used to make fun of those pictures. Well, they could actually turn out to be reality.

Weapon testing is difficult to see, and this usually occurs at China's Yanliang experimental base. China usually exposes photos very late, such as the first missile launch of the J-20, which was many years ago and was only made public a long time later (I estimate it would be 10 years)

That is what I am trying to tell these people. No picture in Chinese media or social media comes out without permission of Chinese Government. If they want to keep prototype 4 and 5 hidden they can remain hidden until they themselves decide to reveal it. The pictures of prototype 3 are from 2018. I am pretty sure they are not sleeping since than and have developed more advance prototypes and have been flying them.

Did I announce these programs? PAF has done it. Tell them that it sounds unrealistic. By the way the acquisitions we are making one after another even they all sound unrealistic. We have some SAAB AWACS on order. We inducted and integrated Akinci, TB2, SHAHPAR, Wing Long II. Bought J-10 C, Producing JF-17. Please keep this picture in mind when it comes JF-17 PFX program and where the technological help and from where the money would come from. Recently a three-day conference of Pakistani, Saudi and Turkish defense officials took place. They were discussing such matters and how to move ahead.

This is another slide from the same presentation:

On the right is Turkish Aerospace Pakistans incorporation certificate from SECP, which has NOTHING to do with NASTP. Turkish Aerospace doesn't even have an office in NASTP. So I take their claims with a mountain of salt.


That being said, judging from the slide and discounting the usual false bravado, I think that PFX is the name given to an effort to deChinaofy the JF17. Notice the lack of the Chinese flag in a slide titled JF17 PFX. There have been conversations iniated by the PAF on this topic several times. The inclusion of the Iran flag is peculiar. I don't have an explanation for that.
