Can't say for sure. It has the standard grey PAF livery. Also can't make out the flag on the tail. Azerbaijan uses a double on the tail which incases it's flag.

It looks like Baku. It’s also not from Adex 2024, because at Adex 2024 there were 2 aircrafts, 1 Block III displayed on ground, and 1 Block II that flew for the air display. Here we have 3 aircrafts.

Some comments said that the aircraft in the photo have Pakistani flag, but that is hard to determine due to quality. I don’t know what forum members think, but I was not able to determine from that image. If that is the case, it’s also possible that they arrived to fly at the military parade that will be held nexth month. For example French airforce Rafales recently flew in Serbia’s military parade (Serbia is a Rafale customer).
yeah that seems plausible fora parade flyby

There are Five so it likely is the first delivery batch, but the flag on the tail looks Pakistani

Meaning Pak and China is capable of making at least 12 jf 17 in a year. Meaning it would take at least 4 years to implement the agreement with Azharbhijan.

The JF-17 production rate has varied, with Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC) having the capacity to produce about 20 aircraft annually as of 2016. For instance, 16 were produced in 2015, and a batch of eight JF-17B variants was completed in late 2019. More recently, Pakistan has been working on producing the JF-17 Block 3, with production for the Pakistan Air Force's ordered quantity nearing 30 units as of late 2024.

  • Overall capacity: As of 2016, PAC had the capacity to produce up to 20 JF-17s per year.

  • Past production: In 2015, Pakistan produced 16 JF-17s.

  • JF-17B: A first batch of eight JF-17B twin-seat aircraft was completed by Pakistan in late 2019.

  • JF-17 Block 3: Production of the latest Block 3 variant has been ongoing, with figures suggesting the total number of units produced for the Pakistan Air Force is approaching 30 as of October 2024.

Pakistan flag is no issue as it indicates during the delivery flight those jets were flown as part of PAF inventory so Azerbaijan had no risk before taking the delivery/ possession.

I remember our F-16 blk-52 were also flown with US air force emblem before delivery with in USA.

PAC can manufacture 24 a year.
That is absolute maximum capacity which is unrealistic for it to be operating at, typically for orders this size a 3 year delivery timeline is standard and PAC can achieve that with its standard operating capacity of 12-15 aircraft per year

Could be , I am not an expert in this field.

Azerbaijan is paying for the aircraft on a batch basis. 1st batch is 12 aircraft, 8 single and 4 twin seats. Remember 3 were already delivered earlier and now 5 are delivered. So it's going smoothly l reckon.
