Agree.Congratulations to Assange and his family. He had a long struggle and lived like a prisoner for the last 14 years. I am surprised but happy to see him being set free soon

Agree.
I fear for him in the long run. His card is marked and the US wont forget or forgive the way he exposed them. He will be forever looking over his shoulder......
How do you know he will be fine? How can you be confident? The number of international institutions he has pissed off and rubbed. IMO he will be marked. There is much going on behind the scenes here. He will be fine after this plea deal. (Amal Clooney is one of his lawyers, and she is also the brains behind the strategy to take Israel to the ICC.)

If he was assassinated earlier the entire world would have blamed the US. It would have been Jamal Khashogi 2.0.If he were truly marked, he would have been taken care of already. But you have the right to your own opinion of course, and I respect that right, always.

But now after the peace deal, go with the Wagner route
Sir, There are no holy cows for governments. They will make you an ally if your interests align with theirs, otherwise, they will treat you as an enemy if it serves the nation's best interests. We have seen an example of how Putin handled the Wagner group rebellion. He promised peace and the guarantees were sought by the neighbouring nation but despite this he eliminated their leader in the first opportunity. No need for anything more after the plea deal. He has served enough time incarcerated that shows the consequences of his actions to serve as a warning to others, which was the whole point. Actions have consequences.
He will travel to Saipan to enter a guilty plea in a US Federal Court, and the process will go on from there.
Julian Assange is now deemed worthless, but I wouldn't be surprised if, in two years, he suddenly dies of a heart attack with the true cause remaining unknown.
He's basically an "accident" waiting to happen now.
Should relocate to a Hong Kong if he doesn't want to get arrested for a bogus charge and commit "suicide" in prison.
