Are you stupid on purpose? Trump is saying something very different then what you are implying. America will not end work visas for highly qualified individuals from anywhere. But he will make sure white collar jobs which americans can do for higher wage are not filled by importing 3rd world slaves.
USA can become like Gulf countries with end of birth right citizenship. Many now will not bother migrating to USA and those who do will only go for for 10-20 years. TBH this likely to be the case in Europe as well in near future with far right governments.
This is how they will control white replacement. Whites will just die out instead of being replaced.

You and Vivek are missing the point completely.
Indians are hired for tech jobs
- NOT because they are better qualified
- NOT because they work cheaper
- BUT because they are Indian
In many, many, many cases the Indians are grossly unqualified but nobody is allowed to complain because of political correctness.
This narrative that highly qualified Indians are taking jobs from lazy Americans is the Indian propaganda that is being spread by Vivek. For all his American integration and the opportunities that America has given to him, he is still an Indian bigot at heart.

There is a fundamental point...
Businesses are private ventures and in a capitalistic countries like USA they are not beholden to hire americans or any one.
They are not even beholden to hire "better" people.
They are only beholden to produce value for their shareholders.
Google, Microsoft etc have produced massive value for their shareholders over past 20 years.
So whatever they were doing was working. Does not matter whatever was the reason.
I made millions on my microsoft and Amazon shares that I got as an employee and as a shareholder and as an investor. In my book, both companies did great whom so ever they were hiring.
Put it in this way. When the same Americans go to stores to buy stuff, how many of them buy stuff that was made in USA? They look for their convinience. May be price? May be after sales service? May be just packaging? May be freebies? May be marketing? May be anything!
If it gives them utility they buy. Place of origin be damned!

If they operate in the US, they must comply with anti-discrimination laws. Firing people just for being white and replacing them with Indians violates the law. They get away with it because nobody dares complain due to political correctness.
Public companies are beholden to their shareholders to squeeze maximum value for money. Hiring an unqualified Indian over a qualified non-Indian is not in the shareholders' interest.
This is an gross simplification. Anyone who has worked in any decent sized company knows how much deadwood is carried. You would know that the most important thing is not whether a project succeeds or fails, but how well management spins the outcome.
We are already seeing the quality of software deteriorate, partly because of the pitfalls of agile, and partly for other reasons. Companies routinely release buggy software because they will fix the bugs in the next release.
I have worked in Indian-dominated projects where every single aspect of the project was substandard: the architecture, design, coding, testing, every single thing was substandard. The Indians were learnings things on the job that we used to do twenty years ago. But these were financial companies loaded with cash, and could afford to shrug off additional project costs.
It is impossible to know how much better these companies would have done if they had hired better qualified people instead of less qualified Indians.

It's not about whites. All non-Indians get discriminated against. Even ABCD and Westernized Indians are shunned in favor of FOB Indians. If you're not eating pav bhaji and veggie saag for lunch, you will be out of place.

Tech is not it, people from all backgrounds want to work in tech, but if strong American university grads are complaining on not getting a break there will be issues, what of all those American tiger mums and dads who expect their kids to get into silicon valley, if you don't acknowledge these aspect then you are intentionally being tone deaf

Political correctness stops people from pointing out the obvious. I am surprised to see even this much attention but this issue will be suppressed in time.
In the West, the media has made it so that the only people you can openly attack are Muslims, Catholics, and certain ethnicities and nationalities. All the anger that people have towards the economy or any woke issue, they channel that anger towards Muslim immigrants because the media has legitimized that outlet for their pent up anger.

The creators of the Silicon Valley didnt all come from the American education system. Besides, they were products of an earlier generation who had the work ethic. Maybe the current generation graduating don't have the same work ethic?
