Six segments still remain! Tomorrow one will be consumed going barely into Canada.
You have gone this far - you might aswell finish the whole trip on train and put it down as a lifetime achievement!

Next time consider transferring in D.C. to The Cardinal. Goes through West Virginia on the way to Chicago. Very scenic. The Zephyr and the Starlight are the highlights trains of this entire mad trip! I should have just flown to Chicago and taken those two trains.
When you get into Canada, declare yourself a refugee.Six segments still remain! Tomorrow one will be consumed going barely into Canada.
now this is some creative thinking!!When you get into Canada, declare yourself a refuge.
You may get a free one way airfare back to South Carolina.
Man!! Don't tempt me! But it is possible with the 5 segments still left! Maybe I should take The Canadian from Vancouver to Toronto and then go south to America then use my Amtrak Rail Pass segments to go home.... That's what i would do but you see your health as well, you don't want to be found dead at your door step by your south carolinian wife, cause scolding in that southern acsent, mama mia...Man!! Hahaha! Well I don't rest enough on top of the seats only long long train rides. There's intense fatigue already. I should stay put for 2-3 days in Vancouver to recover some then decide. Foggy brain thinking may lead to bad decisions and worseThat's what i would do but you see your health as well, you don't want to be found dead at your door step by your south carolinian wife, cause scolding in that southern acsent, mama mia...
I mean if you don't have work or any other committments then why not? also if money is not a issue. But yeah that trip will be in your memory for a long time, so why not go through with it ? not a bad idea, as long as health/time/budget allows it.Hahaha! That is a good plan. Once you are rested Amtrak may be the only way to get back home without spending extra bucks. I was thinking though since it would be a one way trip, you may be able to find an airline ticket in your budget. Else it's Greyhound.Hahaha! My one instance was when once me and my ex wife took half a day off and coming back to home, we took back roads, and i saw a herd of animals in the distance, i slowed down the car and noticed it was pack of wild boars, i got excited as someone who never saw wild boars, i stopped the car and try to get out to take pics, my wife yell at me to get back in car cause wild boars can be dangerous, they can kill you and eat you lol of course it was out of her love/concern but that southern acsent... oh boy!!! rest of the story is R rated lolNow that you've got my attention.....go on.
